Cynthia is an essayist, poet and short story writer. And as copywriter for NYC ad agencies, Cynthia has done campaigns for household names like AT&T, Verizon, United Airlines, Citibank, Mercedes Benz, Mikimoto, American Red Cross, Dish Network, Cartier, Lancome, Lowe’s Home, Western Union, to name a few.  Some of her copywriting have been translated to different languages. 

 

Cynthia's writing highlights the human condition, from the serious to the silly. Through the power of simple observation, she readily finds humor in the mundane. Her essay, "NYC Driving Directions," was recently awarded Honorable Mention in Humor for the 2024 Writers Digest Annual Competition. ​
